Ashley Teer welcomes you to her website and expresses gratitude for your presence. She is a spiritual mentor, clinical hypnotherapist, past/quantum life regressionist, inspirational speaker, and healer of negative self-beliefs. Ashley holds a qualification in counseling, clinical hypnotherapy. Ashley also helps her clients break free from limitations where her unique blend of Spiritual therapy which incorporates elements of parts work, soul retrieval and intuitive psychological healing.
Throughout her journey, Ashley has given thousands of intuitive readings and delivered spiritual addresses across Ireland. She has also organized charity evenings of mediumship and connected with students through meditation classes. Additionally, Ashley has had the privilege of teaching at a spiritual retreats alongside international tutors. Her main passion and focus lie within the spiritual realms. Through years of dedicated meditation practice, Ashley has cultivated a strong connection to a higher power. Her intention is to guide and teach others to recognize their own power, claim their sovereignty, and live a more spiritual and empowered life.
Having grown up in a destructive household and experienced trauma both as a child and an adult, Ashley has encountered numerous brushes with death. At the age of twenty-four, a voice guided her to safety when her life was in danger, solidifying her belief that she is here for a reason and purpose. Ashley believes that her reason is to guide individuals on their spiritual journeys and awakenings.
Using altered states, Ashley assists people in addressing their issues and healing their negative self-beliefs. She incorporates various techniques such as spiritual hypnotherapy, past life regression, and Sovereign Alchemy, tailoring each session to the individual's needs. Additionally, Ashley offers angel card readings to provide life guidance, tapping into elements of the individual's journey so far, their current state, and possibilities and probabilities for their future potential. Furthermore, she offers mediumship readings to connect individuals with their loved ones who have passed, creating a safe and healing space. These readings serve as a reminder that life is everlasting.

Sovereign Alchemy is a powerful ancient healing modality of the Psyche. I was taught by a very wise knowledgeablele tutor. This session is very unique and it is used to remove negative self beliefs using visualisation and healing energy. Tapping into your superconscious mind we will call in your guides, helpers and your higher self to assist in this process. I will also call in my guides helpers and higher aspect to hold space in this process. There will be time at the end of you wish to connect in with your spirit guide and spirit animal. This part of the session is experimental and requires an open mind.
Angel Card Reading
Welcome to a transformative experience where I, Ashley, guide you through an insightful Angel Card reading designed to connect you with your soul's essence. Together, we will explore the intricacies of your past, present, and future possibilities, offering you valuable life guidance.

Whether that be fears, phobias, confidence issues, relationship issues, self-esteem issues and a wide variety of other emotional disturbances. Using sovereign Alchemy we can look at negative self beliefs that may hold you back in life, that you feel stuck with or is stopping you reaching your full potential. I also offer sessions for peak performance.
Us as partners will come up with a tailored plan to suit your needs. The Spiritual Hypnotherapy has elements of parts work, soul retrieval and psychological healing. If the intake is for past life regression we will identify themes and patterns in your current and past lives.
I offer many extras which may include inner child work, the spiritual aspect of meeting your higher self, spirit guides and or your spirit animal. Working with the superconscious mind which is your spiritual connection to bring back higher guidance and wisdom for your life. This session lasts between 45 mins to 1 hour.
